1. Purpose and scope
These Terms of Sale ("ToS") govern paid subscription sales for the Biloo Service between Dominus and any customer (consumer or business). Acceptance of these terms is materialized by subscribing to a paid plan.
2. Offer descriptions
Four subscription plans:
- Discovery: free, 5 voice dictations/month, Zoho Books connected
- Solo: €9/month excl. tax, 50 voice dictations/month, Zoho Books connected, Telegram dictation
- Pro: €19/month excl. tax, 200 voice dictations/month, Zoho Books connected, priority support
- Enterprise: €49/month excl. tax, 500 voice dictations/month, multi-user, dedicated support
Prices are displayed excluding taxes. Applicable VAT depends on the customer's country of residence.
3. Ordering process
The order is completed online on biloo.io and includes:
- Plan selection
- Account creation/login
- Payment information entry
- Acceptance of these terms
- Final confirmation
A confirmation email is sent after order validation.
4. Pricing and payment terms
Payments are processed through Stripe Inc. (San Francisco, USA). Accepted methods: credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and SEPA direct debit for EU customers.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly based on customer choice. Payment is automatically charged at each renewal.
5. Withdrawal right (EU/France consumers)
Under applicable EU consumer law and, for French residents, Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, consumers have a 14-day withdrawal right from subscription date without justification.
Exception: if the consumer expressly requests immediate service activation before the end of the withdrawal period, this right may be waived (for French residents, Article L221-28 13°).

6. Cancellation
Customers can cancel at any time from their account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
7. Legal conformity warranties
For EU/French consumers, mandatory legal warranties apply, including legal conformity and hidden defects protections under applicable law.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable mandatory law, Dominus' aggregate liability is limited to the total amounts paid by the customer in the 12 months preceding the event causing the damage.
9. Sub-processors
Dominus FZCO uses the following subprocessors:
- Stripe Payments Europe, Limited, 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Dublin D02 H210, Ireland — payments
- Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA (vercel.com) — hosting
- Supabase Inc., Ireland — EU (supabase.com) — database

12. Governing law
These Terms of Sale are governed by UAE (DSO) law, subject to mandatory EU consumer protections where applicable.
13. Fair Use Policy
Biloo "unlimited" offers (Pro, Enterprise) are provided within a framework of reasonable professional usage, in accordance with our Fair Use Policy available at https://www.biloo.io/fair-use.
The precise thresholds are defined there and calibrated to cover more than 99% of normal professional usage.
In case of overage, Biloo commits to:
- Notify the customer by email
- Start a commercial dialogue to understand the need
- Propose an adapted solution (upgrade, extra volume pack, custom plan)
- Apply no abrupt service cutoff without prior notice
This policy forms an integral part of these Terms of Sale.
