1. WHY THIS POLICY?
Biloo's Pro and Business plans include "unlimited" features. This wording reflects our commitment: no customer with normal business usage should ever feel capped.
However, to ensure service quality and performance for all users, and in line with standard SaaS practices, we apply a Fair Use Policy.
2. WHO DOES IT APPLY TO?
This policy applies to all Biloo paid subscriptions:
- Solo Plan (€9/month)
- Pro Plan (€19/month)
- Enterprise Plan (€49/month)
It does not apply to the Discovery plan, which has explicit fixed limits.
3. USAGE THRESHOLDS — VOICE DICTATIONS
One voice dictation = each action using Biloo AI (transcription + intelligent processing).

INDICATIVE BENCHMARKS
- A freelancer usually uses 5–15 dictations/month → Discovery or Solo
- An active SMB usually uses 30–80 dictations/month → Solo with packs or Pro
- An SME usually uses 100–300 dictations/month → Pro
- An accounting firm can use 300–500+ dictations/month → Enterprise
These allocations largely cover over 99% of professional usage.
4. WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU GO ABOVE THE LIMIT?
Our approach is progressive and customer-friendly.
At 80% of your monthly threshold
You receive a friendly notification by email and inside your Biloo workspace. No limitation is applied.
At threshold reached
Biloo offers two options to continue:
- Buy an additional dictation pack: +50 (€5), +200 (€15), or +500 (€30), activated immediately.
- Move to a higher plan if you expect regular higher usage.
During this transition, your Biloo workspace remains accessible.
Persistent overage after discussion
If you do not buy a pack and do not move to a higher plan, new voice dictations are paused until the next monthly cycle. You keep full access to your workspace, data and history.
No abrupt interruption is applied without prior notice.
5. EXCLUDED USAGE
Fair Use does not cover the following behavior, which may lead to immediate suspension:
- Automated creation via script or bot not authorized by Biloo
- Mass testing or stress-testing our infrastructure
- Reselling the service to third parties without a partnership agreement
- Any action aiming to bypass or probe system limits
- Fraudulent, unlawful, or Terms-violating behavior
6. POLICY CHANGES
This policy may evolve over time. Any change will be announced:
- By email to all impacted subscribers
- On this page (updated date)
- 30 days before effective date
