1. PURPOSE
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Biloo service (the "Service"), operated by Dominus and accessible at biloo.io. By creating an account or using the Service, you fully accept these Terms.
2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION
Biloo is a voice assistant connected to Zoho Books and QuickBooks to enable invoice and quote creation through Telegram voice dictation. Biloo does not replace these software tools; it orchestrates them via official APIs.
3. ACCESS TO THE SERVICE
The Service is available 24/7, subject to maintenance operations. Users acknowledge that technical interruptions may occur. Dominus cannot be held liable for consequences of such interruptions.
Access requires a stable internet connection. Connectivity costs are borne by the user.
4. ACCOUNT CREATION
To use the Service, users must create an account with:
- A valid email address
- A secure password (minimum 8 characters)
- Accurate professional information (name, status, software)
Users must keep this information up to date and protect their credentials. Any account use by a third party remains the user's responsibility.
Biloo is currently in limited beta. Registration may be subject to review and approval.
5. USE OF THE SERVICE
Users agree to:
- Use the Service for its intended purpose (professional invoicing)
- Not attempt to bypass security measures
- Not use the Service for illegal, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
- Not infringe third-party rights
- Comply with the terms of the connected third-party software (Zoho Books)
6. THIRD-PARTY INTEGRATIONS
Biloo connects to invoicing platforms through official OAuth flows. Users authorize Biloo to access those accounts solely for invoice/quote creation and synchronization.
Users remain the sole owners of their data in third-party software. Biloo does not permanently store accounting data.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Service, its components, design, and code are the exclusive property of Dominus FZCO. Users receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for the duration of their subscription.
User-entered and dictated data remains the user's property.
8. LIABILITY
Dominus FZCO commits to delivering the Service as described and using best efforts to maintain availability. However:
- Dominus FZCO is not liable for voice transcription errors
- Users remain responsible for reviewing invoices before sending
- Dominus FZCO is not liable for failures in connected third-party software
- Dominus FZCO is not liable for tax or accounting consequences of generated invoices
9. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
Dominus FZCO may suspend or terminate an account in case of:
- Breach of these Terms
- Fraudulent or abusive use of the Service
- Non-payment (for paid subscriptions)
- Prolonged inactivity (12 months)
Users may terminate their account at any time from their personal area.
10. CHANGES TO THE TERMS
Dominus FZCO may amend these Terms at any time. Users will be notified by email at least 30 days before material changes become effective.
11. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by UAE law (DSO), subject to mandatory applicable EU consumer law protections. Any dispute will be handled by competent courts under applicable conflict rules.
